Multicare is always looking for new ways to innovate the world of curved stairlifts, and we’re pleased to announce a brand new stairlift to the family, the Handicare 4000 which is now available !

The Handicare 4000 ( which is available in a Heavy duty 25.5 Stone option) uses the latest technology available to provide the smoothest ride and best fit for your staircase. The twin rail system is custom built to manoeuvre tight bends easily. There are also many visual and functional options available to fully tailor this stairlift to your needs.

There are 3 seat options available for the Handicare 4000 – The Smart Seat is practical and durable, and has a choice of four seat colours. This version also offers an option of additional arm spacers. The Style Seat is available in 3 colour options and has an attractive curve in the backrest. Finally, the Simplicity offers a very cost-effective option if you do not need the powered swivel seat option, and it’s available in a neutral sand fabric.

Some optional functional features that you can add on to this stairlift include a automatic powered footplate, which removes the need to bend down and manually fold the footplate away. You can also add a body harness if you’d like to have extra support and security when using your stair lift. If space is of a concern, a powered hinged rail option means the stairlift track can be folded away, allowing clearer access on the landing levels.
